Chinese Medicine For Anemia

Cure Anemia With Ba Wei Wan

This formula is also called the rehmannia 8-formula. It is called as such because the concoction is composed of eight different Chinese herbs with rehmannia as its main ingredient.
These herbs are known to be effective for people with anemia. The eight herbs are rehmannia, dioscorea, cornus, poria cocos, moutan, alisma, cinnamon bark, and aconite. The formula would detoxify the kidney yang. It would nourish the organ, alleviate pain, allow the blood to flow freely, improve its circulation, dispel urine, and keep one's body temperature normal.

Chinese wild yam remedies For Anemia

Chinese wild yam is the best complement of the Chinese rehmannia formula as it increases the body's absorption of iron.
By taking it regularly, iron deficiency anemia will be healed easily and effectively.
To take it, you can boil the yam in to a soup.

Burdock for Anemia Treatment

Burdock is another Chinese treatment therapy for anemia. Like the other two, it is a type of herb that is supposed to be brewed and taken regularly for maximum effects. It is also possible to take this herb along with food. If you want to consume it that way, you just have to chop it finely or grate it. Then you can sprinkle it or add it to your meals.

Yellow Dock root for Anemia Treatment

Yellow dock root is another good herb to fight off anemia.
Its tea is referred to as 'iron tea' because of its abilities to increase the iron production of the body.
Just half a teaspoon of its leaves along with beetroot, dandelion root, licorice, and a dash of rehmannia is the best solution for iron deficiency anemia.

Anemia - Definition

Anemia is a disease of the blood. It usually occurs due to the deficiency of iron in the body, although there are different types of anemia a person may suffer from as well.
Generally speaking, anemia occurs when there's a shortage of the blood's red blood cells.
